Player Development Philosophy  

• At JFC we want all players to have FUN, DEVELOP and sign up for JFC soccer next season. 
• All JFC Coaches should take the approach that through teaching soccer education they have an opportunity to teach life lessons.  
• Soccer can teach leadership, sportsmanship & problem solving.  
• Players only learn and get better if they are having fun. 
•  Nobody wants to be a player’s last coach! As long as the players have fun and develop you won’t be!
